We curate well-rounded experiences for body and mind. Every day will differ energetically for each of us, so we created a variety of classes for you to choose low, moderate, or higher intensity workouts based on your energy that day.

BODY SCULPT

MIXED INTENSITY | 45 MIN.

Our signature class —

A FULL BODY WORKOUT that eradicates stagnant energy and opens channels where we feel most stuck. This class gets us out of our heads and into our BODIES.

This accessible class is rhythm-based and repetitive allowing you to dig deep into how you feel while strengthening major and minor muscle groups.

Here is where we find freedom in self-expression, celebrate ourselves, and connect with each other.

Calisthenics, plyometrics, core-engaging, and weight assisted exercises create an entirely new experience as together we move, breathe, and sweat to clear our nervous systems. Think of it as a good house cleaning for the body.

Build strength and improve balance in both body and mind.

Shed the day, yell, cry, laugh, let it all out.

This class is designed to be life-altering and FUN!

All levels welcome. Variations for movements are always provided. Non-street shoes optional.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, hand towel, and a FRIEND!

BALANCE yoga

GENTLE INTENSITY | 60 MIN.

A gradual warm-up incorporates a flow sequence on the mat which will then turn into longer holds for the body to be felt and stretched. This class will increase flexibility, release fascia, and lubricate the joints.

Props are always encouraged. All-levels class.

FLOW YOGA

MODERATE INTENSITY | 60 MIN.

Sequential postures synced with breath provide a traditional vinyasa flow-style class. An enriching experience of movement and holds to create energetic FLOW in the body and a clear mind.

All levels welcome.

Gentle Flow + Restore yoga

MODERATE TO LOW INTENSITY | 60 MIN.

An all-levels soothing vinyasa flow practice - a series of postures linked by breath, designed to reconnect mind and body. Class will end with restorative poses for relaxation...a calming and healing way to end your practice and prepare for a night of deep rest.

Think of this practice as being guided into bedtime, free from distractions, intentionally moving towards stillness within.

yin yoga

LOW INTENSITY | 60 MIN.

A yin-style yoga practice that incorporates props and long resting holds that speak the body into a state of repair. Ground and settle into your muscles, re-align your bones, and breathe away tension. Gentle movement. Improves sleep, relaxes the senses and soothes the nervous system. Quality rest is the key to positive change. Like cozy evening snuggles, this class will help you prepare for bedtime. We just wish we could drive you home afterwards.
